Q: When will you arrange the production?
A: We usually arrange the production immediately after receiving your deposit, if we have the item in stock. Otherwise, please confirm with us for lead time.

Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: T/T or L/C at sight are all accepted.

Q: What logistic forwarder do you usually work with?
A: As customer request.

Q: What Material of luggage you produce?
A: We make hard shell luggage (ABS PC PP)  and soft luggage.

Q: How Many production lines in your factory?
A: 5 LINES WE HAVE, four production lines for hard shell luggages and one lines for soft luggages.

Q:  How could you insure the quality of products?
A: We have a strong QC team, all material need inspected and tested before mass production and during mass production by our IQC. The finished goods would inspected and accepted by QC team. One test lab and development department to support our mass production.

Q: How many design in your factory?
A: For the design, we have over 100 styles of different moulds. New creative designs comes out each month by our designers. Designs update seasons by seasons.
